Yes — all our plates and components are designed to fit standard U.S. electrical boxes. Just ensure the back box matches your plate type (toggle, dimmer, outlet, etc.).
4. Can I customize brass switch plates or dimmers?

⚙️ Dimmers & Lighting Compatibility
5. Are your dimmers compatible with LED lights?
Yes — our dimmers use leading-edge TRIAC technology, which works with most dimmable LED and halogen bulbs.
To avoid flickering, always choose LED bulbs clearly labeled as “dimmable” and “TRIAC-compatible” or “leading-edge compatible.”
6. Which types of bulbs are compatible with your dimmers?
Our dimmers support:

7. Can I use any bulb with a dimmer switch?
No. Always check the bulb packaging for "dimmable" labeling. Using non-dimmable bulbs with a dimmer may cause flickering or damage.

8. How do I maintain your brass switch plates and dimmers?
Our products are coated with a clear lacquer. Wipe them gently with a soft, dry or damp cloth. Avoid abrasives.
9. How do I clean tarnished brass?
Use a brass polish or a natural DIY mix (vinegar, salt, and flour). Apply gently and wipe clean. Avoid harsh cleaners or scrubbing tools.

10. How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard items ship within 5–10 business days. Custom or engraved products may take 2–3 weeks to produce.
If you're in a hurry, we offer a rush order option (3–5 business days) for select items.
⚠️ Rush processing is not available for customized or engraved products.
11. Do you ship internationally?
Yes — while our main market is the United States, we do ship worldwide.
12. Can I order product samples?
Yes — we offer samples so you can review finishes and quality before committing to a full order.
13. What if something arrives damaged?
Please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a refund or replacement immediately.
14. Can I return or exchange custom items?
Custom and engraved products are non-returnable due to their personalized nature. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.
15. What is your return policy?
We accept returns of non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
