Dimmers & Lighting Compatibility
Yes — our dimmers use leading-edge TRIAC technology, which works with most dimmable LED and halogen bulbs.
To avoid flickering, always choose LED bulbs clearly labeled as “dimmable” and “TRIAC-compatible” or “leading-edge compatible.”

They are not compatible with:
Non-dimmable bulbs
Smart bulbs with internal dimming

No. Always check the bulb packaging for "dimmable" labeling. Using non-dimmable bulbs with a dimmer may cause flickering or damage.
Care & Maintenance
Our products are coated with a clear lacquer. Wipe them gently with a soft, dry or damp cloth. Avoid abrasives.
Use a brass polish or a natural DIY mix (vinegar, salt, and flour). Apply gently and wipe clean. Avoid harsh cleaners or scrubbing tools.

Standard items ship within 5–10 business days. Custom or engraved products may take 2–3 weeks to produce.
If you're in a hurry, we offer arush order option (3–5 business days)for select items.

Custom and engraved products are non-returnable due to their personalized nature. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.
We accept returns of non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
