2. Rush Order

  • Handling Time: Up to 1-3 business days

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days after production

  • Details: Your order will skip the standard production queue. This accelerates manufacturing. Tracking info will be emailed once shipped.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after 5 PM EST will be processed the following business day.


⏳ Manufacturing Lead Times

  • Craftsmanship First: Every product is made with precision and care. We don’t rush quality.

  • Production Delays: Complex or custom designs may require additional crafting time.

  • Tracking Updates: If your tracking hasn’t updated yet, rest assured we’re actively working on your order.


✉️ Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Need to change or cancel?
    Contact us at info@plateprestige.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
    After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be altered.

  • Already processed?
    Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for next steps.


📍 Incorrect Address Policy

  • Double-Check Accuracy: Ensure all shipping information is correct before completing checkout.

  • Lost Packages Due to Error: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • Package Recovery: If your item is marked “delivered” but not received, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.


💰 Taxes & Duties

  • U.S. Orders: All customs duties and import taxes are included in the price for U.S. customers.
    You won’t pay anything extra — enjoy a hassle-free ordering experience.

  • International Orders: Import taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply and are not included in our pricing for non-U.S. destinations.

  • Customer Responsibility: For international shipments, buyers are responsible for any applicable import fees at delivery.

Can I change my shipping address?
