Shipping Policy

Effective September 5, 2026.

Processing and production occur before dispatch and are separate from carrier transit time. The most specific estimate shown on a product page at the time of purchase takes precedence over the general guidance below.

General Transit Guidance After Dispatch

For standard delivery to the United States and Canada:

  • Light switches and electrical hardware: approximately 4–9 business days after dispatch
  • Cabinet handles and cabinet hardware: approximately 6–14 business days after dispatch

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier, customs, weather, peak-season, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can cause delays.

Processing and Production

Processing or production time is separate from shipping time. Custom and made-to-order products may require an additional 1–3 weeks of production time before dispatch. A more precise product-page estimate takes precedence.

Shipping Charges and Tracking

Available shipping methods, charges, and any order-specific estimate are shown at checkout. When tracking is available, we will send it after dispatch. Tracking can take time to update after the carrier first receives a parcel.

Addresses, Duties, and Import Charges

Please check your delivery address before completing checkout and contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address change once fulfillment has begun.

International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise. If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect address or unpaid import charges, related costs may be deducted from any eligible refund to the extent permitted by law.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

If tracking appears stalled, a parcel appears lost, or an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact info@plateprestige.com or use our Contact page with your order number and relevant photographs. We will review the circumstances and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Returns

Eligible standard products have a 30-day return period. Customer-paid return shipping applies to change-of-mind returns, and final-sale exclusions apply. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for complete conditions.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
