• All orders placed through the Site are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, product availability, or pricing errors.
• Standard (non-custom) orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise specified on the product page or at checkout.
• Order modifications or cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placement. After that window, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
• Production of custom-made items begins immediately upon order confirmation. Custom-made items include, but are not limited to:
  • Engraved plates and custom laser-engraved items
  • Custom finishes or other order-specific modifications
  • Any made-to-order or special-request layout
• Custom-made items are non-cancelable and non-returnable once production has begun.
• Typical production time for custom configurations is an additional 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity and order volume. This timeframe is an estimate and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

• All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
• Payment in full is required at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorised.
• We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at our discretion.
• By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method and that all payment details provided are accurate and complete.

• Available shipping methods, estimated delivery timeframes, and associated costs are displayed at checkout.
• All shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control do not constitute a breach of these Terms.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier.
• International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage charges. For U.S. domestic orders, applicable duties are typically included in the purchase price.
• If a shipment is refused, undeliverable, or returned due to non-payment of duties, an incorrect address, or failure to collect, any associated costs — including return shipping — may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Most eligible standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, uninstalled, complete, and in their original condition.

• Customers pay return shipping for voluntary change-of-mind returns.
• No standard restocking fee applies. A refund may be reduced if returned merchandise is used, damaged, incomplete, missing components, or otherwise materially reduced in value.
• Configurator products made entirely from return-eligible standard catalogue components may be returned under the normal 30-day policy.

A configured product is final sale if it includes a final-sale component or genuinely custom production. These restrictions apply to change-of-mind returns and do not remove rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or materially misdescribed products, or rights that apply under law.

• All content on this site — including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, documentation, and software — is the property of PlatePrestige, operated by BrightHub Innovations, MB, or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content may result in civil and criminal penalties.

  The interactive product configurator available on this site ("Build Your Own"), including its 3D models, texture assets, rendered preview images, visual presentation, and underlying code, was developed exclusively for PlatePrestige and constitutes proprietary intellectual property of PlatePrestige and BrightHub Innovations, MB. • Decorative components — including brass wall plates, smooth toggle levers, decorative knobs or handles, screws, and surface finishes — are not independently UL Listed or certified unless expressly stated on the applicable product page.
• Certification of an internal switch, dimmer, or receptacle mechanism does not automatically extend to the decorative components or constitute UL certification of the complete PlatePrestige assembled product.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which PlatePrestige operates, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, this Site, or any purchase made through the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the applicable state of operation of PlatePrestige. You expressly consent to such jurisdiction and venue.
