  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled after 12 hours.
  • Production for custom items may take 2–3 weeks. Estimated delivery times are outlined on our Shipping Policy page.

3. Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • Payment is required in full at checkout.
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.
  • Orders will not be fulfilled until payment has been confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer standard and priority shipping options.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer (except U.S. orders, where all duties are included).

5. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items.
  • All returns must be submitted via our official Return Form.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Custom or engraved items are non-returnable.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, and designs on PlatePrestige.com are the property of PlatePrestige and may not be used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • PlatePrestige is not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
  • By using our products, you agree that PlatePrestige will not be held responsible for installation errors, misuse, or failure to comply with local codes or electrical standards.

8. Product Certifications & Liability

At PlatePrestige, we are committed to quality craftsmanship and transparency.

Certification Disclosure:

  • Only select internal components (such as toggle switches, dimmers, and outlets) are UL-listed for U.S. use.
  • Decorative parts like smooth toggle switches and brass wall plates are not UL-certified.
  • UL listing is not legally required in all residential settings, but may be necessary for projects subject to local inspections or insurance requirements.

Customer Responsibility:

  • It is your responsibility to verify compliance with your local building codes or regulations.
  • By purchasing from us, you assume full responsibility for the use and installation of any non-certified items.
  • PlatePrestige assumes no liability for any outcomes resulting from improper installation or use of non-certified products.

Intended Use:

  • Our products are intended for decorative or residential interior use by informed buyers, designers, or licensed contractors.
