Satisfied/Good Customer Service
TLDR: Satisfied with my order, not happy. Positive experience with customer service.
I placed my order over the summer. I ordered several plates to replace all of the switches in my home. Some toggles, some dimmers, one hybrid plate. I unknowingly made an error in adding a plate that didn’t match the rest of the plates in my order and customer service reached out to me to clear that up prior to shipping, which I appreciated - definitely saved me a headache.
My order took longer than it should have to arrive at my home (vague, evasive responses when I inquired about ETA) and most of the plates had slightly splotchy, uneven finishes, so, while disappointed (as the plates are expensive) I am satisfied. “Satisfied”, not happy. I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of shipping the plates back and waiting weeks for resolution, so I kept them. They look good and will look even better once we’re done painting/wallpapering. No one is staring at the switch plates in my house, so I don’t think anyone is noticing the little imperfections.
