What is included
One 3-gang plate with 1 rotary dimmer, 2 regular duplex outlets and matching mounting screws. The outlet devices are included; each duplex outlet provides two receptacles.
Finishes
Choose Brass, Aged Brass, Antique Brass, Stainless Steel, Unlacquered Aged brass, Hammered Antique Brass, Black / Brass, White / Brass, All-Black, All-White. The selected photo shows the exact plate and control combination.
Antique Brass uses matching aged bronze controls and screws. Stainless Steel uses silver controls and screws. All-Black has black controls and screws; All-White has white controls, screws and device faces. The other listed finishes pair the plate with brass controls and screws. Outlet faces and toggle inserts are black except in All-White.
Dimmer specifications
Choose Single Pole or 3-Way at the same price. The selected Dimmer Type applies to every dimmer on this plate.

Single Pole: Rotate the knob through the click to turn the light on or off, then rotate to adjust brightness. This option controls the lighting load from one location.

3-Way: Push the knob to turn the light on or off, then rotate to adjust brightness. This option supports single-pole operation or 3-way wiring with a standard 3-way switch at the other location.
Both dimmer types use the same component specifications. The ratings below apply to each dimmer:
- Voltage and frequency: 110–120V, 50/60Hz.
- Dimming type: TRIAC / leading-edge.
- Dimmable LED/halogen: 3–150W nominal component range.
- Incandescent: 40–600W nominal component range.
- Dimmer component: cULus listed for the U.S. and Canada.
Use TRIAC-compatible dimmable lamps or drivers. Follow the supplied module instructions for the permitted installed load, including any multi-gang derating.
Outlet specifications
Each outlet is a regular 15A duplex device. These versions use standard receptacle faces; USB charging and GFCI devices can be selected through the PlatePrestige configurator.
Plate size and installation
Default plate size: 4.7 × 6.3 inches.
